Accurl Deburring Machines
New to our stable of metal working machines, the Accurl EM series of metal deburring machines. For all those processing steel and using any type of cutting table (laser, plasma, oxy) deburring machines are a critical tool to finish off cut pieces and eliminate any surface rust, burr or slag that occurs during the cutting process to form beautifully rounded edges.
The process utilises a combination of abrasive belts and rotary roller brushes and a height adjustable table. The Accurl deburring machine uses a touch screen controller for all critical machine functions and comes standard with a combination magnetic and air suction table.

Due in towards the end of January is a EM-1000X for our show room with dual abrasive brushes and 6 rotary brushes.
